Professional Background

Early​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Career (2009 – 2012)

In 2009, Rumon Raaz initiated his professional journey in Dhaka with a departmental store on Bailey Road.

Within this period, he familiarized himself with practical sales management, customer service, and client relationship techniques.Subsequently, he was associated with a prominent fashion mall in Gulshan, where he was engaged in the activities of customer engagement and brand representation.

After that, he was employed at Gentle Park, one of the top fashion brands in Bangladesh, which by nature increased his zeal for leadership, branding, and sales facilitation.

Entry into Real Estate (2012 – 2013)

Rumon Raaz ventured into the real estate industry in July 2012 by joining Prime Asset Group as an Exhibitor.

The property sales and client relationship management sector was where he started his career. He made a great impression and was very effective in project presentation and sales operations.

Probashi Polli Group (2013 – 2014)

He joined Probashi Polli Group in 2013 and committed to working excellence in all the positions, i.e., Sales Executive, Senior Sales Officer, and Assistant Manager.

This stage of work helped him acquire skills in team leadership, sales target attainment, and client management, providing a strong foundation for his next growth in the real estate sector.

Pratik Developers Ltd. (2014)

Rumon Raaz was with Pratik Developers Ltd. in 2014 when he diverted his activities to project sales, marketing strategy, and customer relationship development — thereby extending his professional skills.

Greenland Builders Ltd. & Rupayan Housing Estate Ltd. (2014 – 2016)

After the year, Greenland Builders Ltd. joined, and later at Rupayan Housing Estate Ltd., he continued his career as a Corporate Sales Exhibitor.

There he was involved in corporate sales, brand positioning, and real estate market strategy activities for which he had a great command and insight.

In November 2016, Rumon Raaz took up the position of Senior Consultant at BTI, a leading real estate company in the country.

He was instrumental in the sales and marketing team, project consultancy, and customer engagement strategies, showing his managerial qualities and strategic thinking.

Assure Group (2018 – 2019)

During this period, he expanded his knowledge of real estate sales management, team building, and strategic leadership.The Property Park Ltd. & Raaz Real Estate Group (2019 – Present)

Rumon Raaz made a new beginning in 2019 as a business man.He is the founder of The Property Park Ltd., where as MD & CEO, he fulfills the duties, and at the same time, he is heading the Raaz Real Estate Group as MD.

Due to his facilitation, both the entities have been able to set new records of professionalism, transparency, and client trust, which has led to their being acknowledged as the leading real estate sectors of Bangladesh.

Moreover, he is managing director at the same time and taking care of all functions of Raaz Bhai Enterprise BD and Raj Construction Ltd., His ventures are consistently growing, and there is innovation all along.

Bangladesh Real Estate Academy (2025 – Present)

In 2025, Rumon Raaz came up with the idea of the Bangladesh Real Estate Academy (BREA) — the first professional training institute in the country for real estate professionals.

His goal with this move is to have a pool of skilled, ethical, and globally competitive real estate professionals in ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌Bangladesh.
