Rumon Raaj Real Estate

News & Media

Professional Overview

I work as a real estate consultant, mostly because I got tired of seeing people learn the hard way. My focus is simple. Push the industry to be better, clearer, more professional. Bangladesh’s real estate space has potential, though it often trips over the basics. I try to fix that, one conversation, one project, one explanation at a time.

My work doesn’t stop at property deals. I spend a lot of time in media, research, and public-facing communication. Writing, speaking, breaking things down. The goal is awareness. I’ve seen too many buyers sign papers they didn’t understand, including me, years ago. That sticks with you. So I create content that explains, questions, sometimes challenges what’s considered normal, hoping people walk away a bit sharper than before.

I started on the ground, not behind a desk. Site visits, negotiations, mistakes, awkward lessons. That hands-on work shaped everything I do now. Over time, it turned into something bigger. Research in the field, sharing what actually works, passing knowledge to both everyday buyers and professionals across the country. Not theory. Lived experience, filtered and shared.

Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

Anything I create under my name belongs to me. Articles, videos, reports, research pieces, even social posts. If it carries my name, the work and the ideas behind it are my intellectual property. Simple as that.

Each of these works is a result of fresh research, on-the-ground experience, and the creative endeavor.

Hence, without obtaining my prior written approval, it is strictly impolite to:

  • Copy or republish my works under a different author’s name
  • Change, alter, or repost my work on any new or existing platform without permission
  • Utilize or sell my content for profit without my consent
  • Give a wrong impression of my materials by presenting them selectively or inaccurately

The unauthorized usage, modification, or distribution of my works will be regarded as infringements of copyright and will attract legal consequences based on the copyright laws of Bangladesh and international conventions.

Media & Publication Activities

I write often for print and online outlets. Some weeks more than others. The point is never noise. It’s clarity. I focus on real estate, education, youth issues, and socio-economic research, trying to explain things the way people actually understand them. Awareness comes first. Understanding follows. The rest can wait.

My writings and features have been published in several digital publications, blogs, and media outlets. Some of my selected works are currently going through the editorial process and will soon be published in the verified media channels.

Besides, I have also been a guest on television interviews, podcasts, and online panel discussions where I talked about real estate trends, youth development, and community awareness topics.

My first and foremost goal is to furnish the audiences with truthful, morally sound, and practically helpful information — which will enable them to make their own decisions regarding their lives and careers.

Research & Development Vision

I take an active part in research and development (R&D) projects, with more than 100 studies and initiatives that are continuously in progress, all of which focus on the empowerment of Bangladesh’s youth and the labor force.

  • The major research areas comprise:
  • Elevating professional skills and career readiness
  • The real estate market trends and policy-making insights
  • Start-ups and creative self-investment business models
  • Social innovations and community-led local economic growth

My ultimate goal is to integrate the local experience with the global perspectives — thus creating environmentally friendly, long-term employment, self-reliance, and national development pathways.

Digital Presence & Public Information

Constant updates, summaries of research, and publications can be found on my official digital platforms that are open to everyone and provide information to the public.

On YouTube, I talk real estate. Sometimes it’s technical, sometimes it’s about professional growth, sometimes it’s just raising awareness where silence does damage. The tone shifts depending on the topic. That’s intentional.

Facebook and Instagram are more day-to-day. Short updates, learning pieces, real stories pulled straight from real estate and business life. The kind of things you notice while working, not sitting in a studio.

My website is the steady base. Publications live there. Research summaries too. Project updates, when they’re ready to be shared.

Everything I put online has one purpose. Education. Information. No hype. No shortcuts. What you see reflects my experience, my judgment, and the ethics I try to stick to, even when it’s inconvenient.

Every online engagement is solely intended for educational and informational purposes, reflecting my professional insights and ethical communication principles.

Content Usage & Legal Notice

  • Once something I’ve made is out in public, it’s still protected. Copyright applies. Intellectual property law applies. Public doesn’t mean free to take.
  • Not allowed are unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution — whether in full or in part.
  • If a person wants to use my work for academic or journalistic activities, he or she has to provide me with appropriate credit or citation.
  • If my work is altered, twisted, or used in bad faith, I won’t hesitate to take legal action. I’m firm about that.
  • I fully support people referencing or sharing what I create, as long as it’s done openly and with basic respect for the work and for me.

Professional Integrity & Ethical Standards

What drives my work is pretty old-fashioned stuff. Honesty. Accountability. Respect for what’s actually true. I don’t chase shortcuts there.

Anything I publish gets checked, then checked again. Facts matter. Bias gets questioned. Sometimes that slows things down, which is fine. I’d rather be late than wrong.

I don’t engage in or endorse activities that could lead to defamation, bias, or dissemination of false information.

I take a neutral stance in all my appearances in the media and, at the same time, I am faithful to the principles of ethical journalism and professional integrity.

Collaboration & Partnership Policy

If you are an individual or an organization that upholds similar values and pursues similar objectives, I am willing to cooperate and form a partnership with you.

Any collaborative work will be documented through a written agreement that outlines:

  • The description of work and duties
  • The ownership of content and usage rights
  • The confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements
  • The stages of partnership thus defined help to ensure respect for one another, openness, and being on the right side of the law throughout the period of every partnership.

Updates & Revisions

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, professional practices, or communication standards.

All modifications will be accessible to the public together with the date from which they are valid. I use or refer to my work after changes mean that I agree with the updated conditions.

Conclusion

My job is more than just a job to me – it is a mission for life to spread knowledge, empower others, and see their ethical development. I do this through my programs by helping people to become more knowledgeable and responsible in their decision-making encourage the habit of continuous study and self-betterment. Motivate the people to become active investors in personal and community development.

In the end, it is my ambition to be instrumental in the formation of a trained, self-reliant, and forward-thinking generation who will be the driving force of Bangladesh’s sustainable ‍‌‍‍‌progress.

Rumon Raaz

I’m Rumon Raaz, and after fourteen years in real estate, I’ve seen how many people dive into the market with big hopes but no real guidance. I built this space to share the things I learned the hard way, the little instincts you only pick up after enough late-night calls and a few deals that almost fell apart. Folks in Bangladesh rarely get proper mentorship in this field, so I try to fill that gap with honest advice, ways to avoid scams, and the kind of practical tips I wish someone gave me when I started. I run a company now, though what matters more to me is helping people get fair deals and actually reach the goals they talk about quietly. If you stick around, you’ll get the real stuff, not the polished sales pitch. Let’s see where it takes you.
