- The present Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) lay down the ethical, operational, and professional standards that regulate all such activities, documentation, and engagements, which are done in my name and through one Group of Companies.
- This document is a manifestation of professional integrity, transparency, and accountability – it explains the way I do business, manage relationships with clients, and keep records authentic in the real estate and training industries.
- If someone uses my services, checks my credentials, or agrees to collaborate professionally, then such persons are bound to observe these Terms & Conditions.
Professional Commitment
I keep high standards in my work. Professionalism, responsibility, and simple decency aren’t optional, they’re the base. I try to act the same way every time, even when no one is looking.
Honesty, fairness, and transparency guide every deal and every conversation. If something needs to be said, it gets said plainly. No half-truths. No polished stories to make things look better than they are.
I don’t take part in dishonest behavior, misinformation, or shortcuts that cross ethical lines. Never have. I also don’t tolerate it around me. Reputation takes years to build and minutes to ruin.
Clients, colleagues, and industry partners are treated with respect, always. That respect shapes how I speak, negotiate, and make decisions.
My goal is simple. To leave the residential property space better than I found it, with more integrity, more professionalism, and a lot less noise.

- Everything I put out there is real. Records, achievements, professional claims, all of it backed by actual documents, not stories stitched together to look impressive. If it’s mentioned, it happened.
- Every program I talk about, every result shown, comes from firsthand work. Me being there, doing it, measuring it. No borrowed success, no borrowed credit.
- Nothing in my professional history has been padded, tweaked, or dressed up to sound bigger than it was. I don’t play that game. It always catches up.
- There aren’t any unresolved disputes, hidden defaults, or ugly chapters being swept under the rug. If something ever needed fixing, it was handled properly and closed.
- I keep my records clean and accurate. They follow the rules, they make sense, and they can be checked. Transparency isn’t a slogan here. It’s just how I work.

In all my dealings, I observe discipline, respect, and confidentiality. I am not involved in, nor do I promote, libelous, fraudulent, or oppressive activities. My view is that professionalism, ethical conduct, and accountability are the basic principles upon which long-term success is built.
In all of my professional decisions, I put more emphasis on long-term trustworthiness rather than on short-term benefits.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Keeping secrets is one of the main rules of my professional practice.
- Information about the clients, business data, and materials that are unique to us are always treated with the utmost confidentiality.
- Without the proper permission, I do not reveal, distribute, or share any confidential information.
- All records are stored securely and treated with care. Access is limited, only allowed when there’s a real business reason or a legal requirement. No casual handling. No loose ends.
- Confidentiality isn’t taken lightly here. The way information is protected follows Bangladesh’s data protection guidelines and aligns with international privacy standards. It’s handled the way it should be, quietly, responsibly, and without shortcuts.
Limitation of Liability
I do my work carefully and take accuracy seriously. That said, some things sit outside my control. Technical glitches happen. Third parties make mistakes. Systems fail when you least expect them.
I can’t be held responsible for losses or damage caused by those situations, or by information being misunderstood, misused, or shared without permission. I do my part. Beyond that, certain outcomes simply aren’t mine to own.
